Standoff Kodi Nikorima and second rower Eliesa Katoa both return from the injury list for the Vodafone Warriors’ 10th-round NRL clash with the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at Central Coast Stadium in Gosford on Sunday (2.00pm kick-off local time; 4.00pm NZT).
Nikorima comes back into the halves after missing last Friday night’s 12-16 loss to Gold Coast following a head knock early in the eighth-round contest against Brisbane on July 4.
Impressive rookie Katoa appeared in each of the club’s first six matches of the season but picked up an ankle injury in the South Sydney encounter which sidelined him for the last three outings against Melbourne, Brisbane abd Gold Coast.
With Nikorima and Katoa back, Chanel Harris-Tavita and Jack Murchie have been moved to the extended bench.
The line-up is otherwise unchanged from the one used against the Titans with Tohu Harris again named in the #12 jersey and Karl Lawton in #13 although they have swapped roles on game day recently with Harris deployed in the middle.
The game day interchange bench is set to again be Agnatius Paasi, Penrith loan forward Jack Hetherington, Isaiah Papali’i and the energetic Jazz Tevaga.
In his first match last week since September 7 last year, Tevaga was heavily involved in his 31 minutes on the field, making 92 metres from eight runs and 28 tackles.
