NRL ROUND 25: BIG BETS & MARKET MOVERS

Presented by the TAB

Punters are jumping out of trees to back South Sydney this week in their clash with Wests Tigers.

The TAB has taken a bet of $1000 at $1.40, two bets of $2000 at $1.37, a bet of $3000 at $1.35, another of $1000 at $1.35 and one of $2000 at $1.35 on the Bunnies to best the Tigers.

The line in the clash has moved from 6.5 to 8.5 with the Rabbitohs heavily favoured.

There has also been strong support for the Warriors in their home clash with the Raiders.

The TAB has written tickets of $1000 at $1.52 and $1300 for the Warriors to cover the 4.5-point start at $1.87.

One sentimental punter has unloaded $100 at the monster odds of $501 for Simon Mannering to score three tries in his final regular season game at Mt Smart.

That sentimentality has also convinced one punter to have $100 on Johnathan Thurston to score the last try at $21 in his final ever match.

There has been a $1222 bet at $1.87 on the Titans to cover the 5.5-point start.
