Excitement is building around New Zealand playing their first game under new coach Michael Maguire but the punters aren’t buying in with all the money coming for England.
England have firmed from $1.80 into $1.70 to down the Kiwis in Denver with three punters having $1000 on England to win at the $1.70.
Punters are also betting on a Queensland bounce-back performance in State of Origin II with one bettor laying down $2000 on the Maroons to cover the 8.5-point start. The line for State of Origin II is the biggest this century with the Maroons never starting as short as NSW will in this one during their decade of dominance.
Papua New Guinea and Samoa have both been backed as outsiders in the Pacific Tests.
PNG have had a single bet of $1000 at the +13.5 line for their clash with Fiji, while Samoa have also had a $1000 wager at the +15.5 start as they prepare to take on the might of Mate Ma’a Tonga.

With Jacinda Ardern's baby due shortly, many Kiwis are questioning just what Jacinda and Clarke will be naming their little one.
If we had a market it'd look something a little like this. 🍼👶 pic.twitter.com/iCbNAnewTt
